  Ordered 2 fans only sent one. Days between messages back, questioning me that i ordered more then one when the listing was for 2, refunded half the price as the person who does replacements is on holiday for a week(sure), so now have to pay out more to get another fan. Really poor customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend.

  These fans are really fantastic value, they are cheap, possibly not as good as some leading brands, but those cost MUCH more. The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. They were delivered well packed and very promptly. The price was great. Customer service is good, if a bit slow I'm very satisfied with the result. TIP1 Use the white connector provided, or they don't light up. TIP2 If you want them in sync with each other, mount them all the same way up !
