    Although there was a mistake in sending the wrong item I applied the ebay returns process and within minutes got it sorted. Printed the label, handed the parcel over the PO counter and got a receipt as proof of posting. Upon looking at the ebay page the money was refunded quickly so I am able to provide a positive feedback because of the way ebay and the seller handled it all. A bit disappointed as the item in question would have been an excellent addition to my equipment's setup.

    As described, and nicely packaged. It was sent promptly, but YODEL took nearly a week to get it through their system, and so it arrived at the latter end of the estimated delivery window. But given the snowy icy conditions that were then followed by Storm Bert, perhaps the weather delayed the delivery - and there is no point taking a pointless risk to deliver non essential items.
