    Ordered as a Christmas present on 6th Dec. Didn’t arrive when promised then Royal Mail contacted around 18th Dec to say the postage paid by the seller was not enough. Had to pay the additional postage myself to get the package. Eventually arrived on 23rd Dec. Had to get the postage paid back from the seller - very poor service!

    It took a lot longer than expected to come but it made it all in one piece and is exactly the laptop I hoped for. I already have one like it and it has been both hardy and useful with all types of connections . I got it for my niece in Bhutan and I think it will be an asset to her schooling there. is is in great condition despite being repacked a bit badly by customs. and is good value considering it had to come from Great Brittan. It looks good as it should as a new lappy . I'm happy
