Received a damaged item, it was badly packaged and had scratches and scuffs on it. Not a perfect new item as you would expect from the amount being charged.
It cost me £5+ to post back. Seller then had the nerve to send me a message accusing me of damaging the item.
In conclusion, the item received was substandard and this seller is rude.
Seller did refund me but obviously less return postage.

I agreed a return after a month because it was too big.
It was returned and refunded without question, The buyer covered the return postage.
When it arrived it was damaged and had been packed damaged.
I queried the damage and the buyer claimed it was received in that state.
They didn't report that to me When it was first received.
I was never rude, I was a bit pee'd off at the damage and said so.
I offered to refund the postage too.
This is vindictive, negative feedback.
