    The product arrived in good condition. Sadly I wasn't packaged very well and the outer jewel case received cracking. I have to replace the front case piece. All in all, the actual disc, art covers, and rear jewel case arrived good condition. Especially for the age and price. The quality and appearance of the product turned out good overall. The seller was kind and fair with the purchase. Seller recommended. I just respectfully suggest to the seller to use more packaging next time. :)

I wish you had reached out to me directly—if I had known, I would’ve been more than happy to send you a replacement case from the box I keep on hand for situations like this. I've shipped nearly 1,000 items both domestically and internationally using the same method, and this is the first time I’ve received a complaint of this nature. That said, I do take your concerns seriously.
