Good value as the seller was willing to accept offers. Postage cost was free with Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery service and arrived in about 5 days (3 working days) . Packaging was OK but could have been better.

But these guys went above and beyond to resolve the problem.They sent me a compensation refund, as I wanted to repair the machine myself, else they were going to have the machine returned to their base and fixed. The motherboard still works with no damage or faults, not crashed yet. The whole kit came well packaged and as on time as you could expect really.
