Here at The Aqua Factor our main aim is to supply you with outstanding bettas, we import our fish from Breeders from Thailand, and provide the highest care they can receive, when they arrive to us they receive a 6 week Quarantine Period, they are wormed and bacteria treated. We aim to provide you with a service that you will be very happy with, all our bettas are cared for individually to ensure they are happy and healthy when they arrive to you.

    This was my first time purchasing a fish online, and it was a great experience! No issues seller side, but there was an issue with the mail carrier resulting in the fish being delivered after 2 days instead of next day - something to consider when buying fish online. The fish was packaged in a styrofoam box, double bagged with a heat pad. Fish itself was in perfect condition! Within a few hours he had coloured up nicely, exploring, and had a bubble nest made by the next day. I’m very pleased!
