    The equipment turned up on time and well packaged. One small item was missing from the box on original delivery but after informing The Audio Guy, they resolved this and send the item separately. Accidentally missed when packing the box but the resolution was so quick and understandable I can only say great customer service. Excited to try it out the microphone this weekend😁

    The parcel was dispatched quickly by the seller but proved a bit difficult for Evri to deliver. It was a small package that fit through a letter box. I contacted the seller after waiting a week and they very helpful and quick to respond to my query. When the item turned up it is working well. So all positive.

    Sealed box and fitting the screen was much easier than a few years ago with my other phone - with online videos and fitting after case is on. Very good price and worth it as iPhones can be difficult to keep hold of and often fall (for me anyway). Delivery was for Saturday and got up to date notifications, and saying Friday between 11 and 12 a day earlier and as promised and by a friendly delivery lady. Can’t fault anything. Even above expectations and glad I chose this seller now. 👍😊
