I noticed 3 of the small rubber stick on feet were missing. Contacted the seller on Saturday got a message back which I did not except confirming a set of four will be sent out to me. They arrived well packaged within a few days. Very pleased with laptop will be buying another laptop from them soon.

There was a small issue with the keyboard but they sent a prepaid label for us to return the laptop, they fixed the keyboard, then returned the laptop very promptly. They communicated well and the laptop was great value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a T495s from them, which arrived promptly and in fantastic condition. The first T495s I received had an issue where it wouldn't recognise the installed battery. I was sent a replacement battery and then a replacement T495s which I'm typing this on. Throughout all communications with the seller, they were professional and genuinely couldn't have been more helpful. I would deal with them again. Much appreciated.
