The remote control was delivered very quickly and exactly as described. Unfortunately my Home Cinema System has a fault and so I was not able to keep the remote. Franco however was extremely helpful and offered advice and support and refunded the item. I would definitely order through the Best Products Direct site again.

They sent me the wrong one , I got in touch with them they said sorry they have sent me the wrong one, and they ask me to return the item, I did and they reply to, saying that the item being removed a silver tag, which I didn't see any silver tag,it was the wrong one so how they claim the silver tag being removed, they ignored my claims, so please deal with it for me please

Incorrect,we sent the correct remote out to this buyer,it was Brand New,buyer said it did not work his item,I asked buyer to return item,upon checking the item he sent me his used remote control back that was damaged and had cracks on it and paint missing and expected me to refund him,what a joke,every remote we send out is tripIe checked prior to sending out and tested,he has kept my Brand New remote and sent me his Used damaged remote, I have reported this buyer to Ebay for trying to Scam me.
