    The was an issue with the item being sent to wrong person through a mix up with labelling, which is easily done. The issue was resolved easily and the seller was really helpful. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely buy my things from them

    Thank you, the issue was that the wrong tracking number was applied to the wrong item by Aus Post. It was not sent to the wrong person, rather the wrong tracking number. All is well, it arrived within 3 working days from QLD to NSW. Enjoy your DVDs.
