This person did not even box the item, no container at all, just wrapped it in a blanket and plastic wrap, no concern of my item arriving safely, blamed FedEx, saying they paid for a box but did not show any proof. Then made the worst attempt to not pay the refund after making it difficult to return the broken item, only due to eBay stepping in did I get a refund.
