    I received my product without the cleaning kit for preparation installing the new screen that comes with the product. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me one out which I never received. Went ahead to install the protective screen with the cleaning products I had. I found out the protective screen is missing from the package. The only thing left in the package was the tray,protective plastic for the screen protector. No screen protector. sent me the wrong product for my phone
