    Communication was great with the seller. I was aware the item did not come with a box but was a bit surprised when the bag it came in was opened and taped shut. I contacted the seller about it, and he explained the manufacturer does that to make sure all the packets/pieces are there. I bought this as a Christmas gift, so I can’t say much about the item itself, but because of the seller’s great communication and willingness to help me out, I would buy from them again.

    I should have read the details to the post better I noticed that the item did not come in the purchasing box with that being said I did reach out to the seller and they responded back in a timely manner and provided a resolution which initially was for a return.
