    I was skeptical due to other reviews and there was one point after purchasing when I panicked as I thought it was a scam due to unusual emails and other feedback but thankfully it wasn't! it was delivered on time and the email communications and delivery guys were all very friendly. we got an una mattress 2 year ago and there are a couple of differences but I suspect it is just an older version, since been upgraded. it is slightly firmer and lacks the zip cover but it is definitely from una :)

    Had to wait three weeks for a non existent next day delivery . Have been fed a bunch of miss information and lies . And all the time they’ve had nearly £700 of my Money . And finally it was never delivered . Have now got to wait for a refund ! PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY

    We don't actually offer a next day delivery for our mattresses, they do take a bit longer for delivery. I am sorry that we couldn't locate your mattress and that we couldn't fulfil your order. We completely understand your disappointment.
