    Fast delivery and packed with care. I purchased two lamps but sadly one lamp was damaged. I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful and a return was organised.     They sent a different item to the one described. They then relisted the item I wanted, and expected me to purchase it again in order to receive the correct item, while waiting for me to return the incorrect item before receiving a refund for that. What they should have done was send the correct item immediately to make up for their error. The communication was minimal and reliant on the customer doing all the work to resolve the their own error.

    Item took weeks to arrive, not days as I had paid for. No communication from seller to explain the delay. After much chasing from myself, seller admitted item was “lost”, and wasn’t despatched despite generating a tracking number? Miraculously, they “found” an exact same light in stock despite only having one for sale and finally sent it to me. What a hassle! As others have stated in feedback, this seller relies on buyer to resolve any issues. Probably avoid if you need your item on time.
