Item was as described and shipped quickly, but was not sent with the original Swarovski packaging as stated it would be. I contacted the seller they quickly apologized for the mistake and immediately shipped the missing packaging. Mistakes happen and as long as it is made right, all is good. Even without the typical tube and foam container, the crystal was very well packed and arrived unscathed.
