  Very happy with my mugs. Received 2 as one was damaged during packing. Although I was happy with the price I’d paid the seller insisted on giving a refund to compensate for this. Good condition and very well packaged. Very good communication from seller. Would definitely be happy to purchase items from this seller again.

  Excellent item, it is in great condition and I'm super happy with it. I replaced two rubber seals and now it works as good as new. Excellent packaging, very well protected item in double layers of cardboard box and plenty of padding to protect it,. Box marked fragile and thoroughly taped. Prompt delivery. Exactly as described.   Just delivered, although 1 day late. Item exactly as described and great value. Packaging was spot on. Disappointed with the cost of delivery though. It could have been a bit more affordable and much quicker. But really happy with the purchase. Again shame about the delivery. Thank you.

  I am very glad that you are happy with your purchase, but must admit to being probably more disappointed than you with the postage charge as we paid £10.15 to send the item to you and you were only charged £7.75. All in all definitely a great value purchase.
