  first attempt was 2 days late delivery by evri--i ordered black shelf--but got white. The seller was very helpful and sent the correct item straight away. This second attempt meant evri were now a week late getting it to me from the local depot. They had lost a 4 foot long parcel. Then it arrived with lots of apologies from cheerful polite courier. So i got it in the end. Very good value IKEA shelf.

  Seller sent message after waiting for the item, to state that they are unable to deliver to my address (London). When queried, the seller said it was a 'packing department' error and the package was marked as sent (without tracking number) and would be delivered within 1-2 days. Five days later, not received, incidentally the cost of item has now increased in price. Requested refund. Not a very good experience at all.
