  Thanks so much for your kind feedback. As clearly detailed on the listing, all our items are handmade to order so there is a 6 working delay delay from order to dispatch. Royal Mail have taken longer than anticipated so apologies on their behalf.

  This was my second purchase of a lampshade from this wonderful Seller; I recently purchased one slightly larger in the same fabric and was so pleased with the quality that I then ordered a second lampshade. It's not an issue to wait a couple of days longer until these items are delivered, as when they arrive they are perfect; the shades are beautifully wrapped and packed so arrive in pristine condition via post. I'm very happy to recommend this Seller and I wish them well in their business !

  SELLER CANCELLED ORDER, BUT CLAIMED I HAD CANCELLED. I ordered and paid for this item, and later got emails informing me of a delay in despatch as the seller's business was closed for 10 days, apparently for stocktaking. I replied to the seller to express my disappointment but did NOT cancel the order. The seller then cancelled my order 9 days later, claiming 'Buyer asked to cancel'. My funds were thus tied up for 11 days before a refund; obviously I have not received the item I ordered.

  We sincerely apologize for the mix-up regarding your order. We did send a courtesy message to inform you of our closure, and that the dispatch date, as stated in your order details at the time of purchase, would be slightly longer than our usual processing times. The tone of your reply to that message led us to believe you no longer wished to proceed with the purchase. We apologize again for any confusion this may have caused.
