Due to me ordering after the cutoff time for next day delivery it wouldn’t have arrived in time, so they sent someone the same day to deliver it to me.     I am delighted with my purchase! I would definitely recommend this seller, who replied to my initial question about the laptop very quickly. It arrived sooner than expected, the day after I bought it. Packaged with a lot of care too, to keep it safe. The laptop is exactly as described, and I am extremely happy with it. It came with Windows 11 ready to install, so now that is set up and I am good to go! Perfect.
