Lovely rug, well made and very well packaged. Thank you for the price drop - makes a difference. The rug has a dominant cream colour rather than white as the photos show. However, happy with the rug and will keep. Communication needs a little improvement as I asked for a special delivery request which was kindly approved but later ignored or was initially misunderstood.

Takes a while to arrive but still arrived within the window. Given limited communication I was a bit worried the item wouldn’t arrive but was very happy when it did. Some more updates on order status would improve confidence.

The rug is exactly as pictured in the photo. It's clean, soft, no weird smells. I love how it looks in my living room. I was so nervous about ordering from such a long distance, and even reached out to the company to inquire about the delivery date. Mukesh's responses were timely and responsive through the estimated date of delivery. I appreciated that. The item arrived well wrapped, at least 3 layers, if I recall correctly. All went well. No complaints here.

Fabulous rug, such good quality, really well made, vibrant colours and very unique, I love it! All communication was excellent from start to delivery, I asked for no tassels and that was no problem. Do not hesitate to buy from this seller, you would pay at least double the price from a UK retailer. I have bought 2 rugs now direct from India and would definitely purchase again from this seller and I’m quite fussy. Thank you!

On ordering this rug, I messaged the seller to ask what the actual colour was, telling him we definitely didn't want cream. He told me it was white. On opening after delivery, it's very definitely cream. The seller still insists it's white. Reading the neutral reviews would have answered my question. That said, The quality, design and cost of the rug is very good. I will stick to buying in this country from now on, where we can send it back for a full refund if it's not right.
