  I was initially a little sceptical if there was a catch, considering the low price of the computer I ordered compared to competitors, and expected at least a few scratches on the outer shell. However, the PC arrived very swiftly, well packaged with loads of bubble wrap and packing material, was in pristine condition (no noticeable scratches whatsoever), and is in perfect working condition. 10/10, would recommend!
