The reconditioned unit arrived with 2 working days, was well packaged with a came with a prepaid (Parcelforce) return label and return instructions. The item itself was a genuine VW part and looked exactly as the listing photo showed. The item was the correct fit for my vehicle and worked perfectly when installed. Of course I can't speak as to the internal reconditioning work or the longevity - but the external appearance bodes well.
