    The wrong item was sent so I emailed the seller….they responded asking for pictures which I sent. I emailed again after a couple of days to receive the same response. I have since emailed another couple of times and they are now not responding. Very bad customer service to an issue that was obviously just a mistake.

    Item was delivered beyond the anticipated delivery date by the Post Office. External packaging was secure, but the Johnsons box was squashed and the ends opened. Luckily no damage to the two worming tablets and were used successfully on my dog. Price was competitive against other suppliers and that determined my purchase.

    Received completely wrong item, lacklustre response to my message indicating no great interest, was made to make a claim, then had to repack and visit a Post Office to return, and now I’ having to await a refund. Not even a suggestion of getting the right item out to me! A very poor service experience.

    item as described, sent by tracked , however, it didn't get delivered to my house, messaged seller many times to get a description of package etc so i could ask postman if he remembered where he delivered it, despite many messages the seller didn't respond at all. had to report to ebay, don't think seller responded to ebay either as far as i know. fortunately someone from next street brought it around 3 days after delivery date, no thanks or help from the seller though, hence negative feedback.

    The item was delivered quickly, for which I was grateful. The parcel was easy to open, well packed, the inner packaging easy to dispose of. Hazelnuts are expensive, no doubt about that, but the joy of seeing how squirells relish them is a treat well worth the money for the product.
