    The seller was easy to work with. The seller was also good about shipping the item to me immediately. For the most part, I thought that the item was as described - it was new/unworn and in the box, but, through no obvious fault of the seller, I found multiple loose stitches. I don't think it effects the integrity of the shoe, and am hoping it's just cosmetic, but I would have preferred if it was noted or easily seen the photos. Overall, good experience & would work w/ her again.
