    The fleece sold as in "very good" condition. It arrived in poor condition with inner fleece material in hard little balls - overwashed. I raised a return as "not as described" so postage would be refunded. I repackaged, printed a label, and dropped off at the post office. The seller received it. Did NOT acknowledge ANY of my messages let alone apologise. No refund yet. After 20+ years on eBay this is the worst. Called eBay, who agreed with photos. Will step in to provide full refund.

    To be clear the seller did not acknowledge or respond to messages from October 14th to 21st which is why I asked for eBay's help. It is disingenuous for the seller to say they were closed on the weekend as justification for poor service! And only apologised once I left negative feedback.
