  All went smooth. Excellent comms, tracked delivery. The issue we had which could have been better was the roof arriving without notice one day early. All fully built now. Advice for buyers if freestanding, cut the legs down because at 2.4m it is a high structure but we can’t wait to start using it now

  Once in a while you pay a lot of money out hoping that the product you are going to get is perfect well i have found one I received my pergola today having tracked it perfect tracking they arrived at the time tracking said it would and i got the must perfect gentleman delivery driver who took the most care of my delivery if it was a crate of eggs now this arrived from the factory if it was only 5 minutes down the road in mint condition all pre drilled and a box of fixings absolutely brilliant

  I was advised approx 4-6 weeks. However, received much earlier. Seller was in contact. (Also ordered a couple of "sides" direct from sellers website). Exception of the roofing slats which arrived a few days earlier (separate courier), everything else arrived on expected delivery date. (inc Sides). The main Gazebo is now up. More work to do to complete. Quality of timber is very good. Only a couple of warped beams, but once fitted and connected into frame shape, not noticeable. Thank you

  Just arrived, all parts present and correct. At about the time I expected delivery a van pulled up down the road and looked to be going to a neighbour so I carried on with my jobs. After about an hour I was getting concerned about the delivery and checked my email to contact the seller. To my surprise it said it had been delivered, They must have been very quiet, the didn’t ring the bell or knock the door but there was the order neatly stacked by the drive. Hope this looks as good as the picture
