  La livraison a coûté presque le double du prix des articles achetés, qui ont a mis près d'un mois à arriver. Ceci dit, l'emballage était absolument parfait et je remercie le vendeur ou la vendeuse d'avoir pris tant de soin pour les envoyer. Les articles (deux livres) sont tout à fait conformes à la description et vu leur âge, les pages sont réellement en très bon état. Comme je ne trouve plus un des livres que j'ai depuis mon enfance, cela me réjouit d'avoir pu l'obtenir via ce site.

  Poorly packed/broken items and poor customer service. All Miniature delicate pieces thrown into one large baggie. Debris shed from items being tossed around. Seller wants me to take item to post office to start refund, which is not the correct procedure. I submitted photos of broken items to Seller, and now they arewaiting to refund money once claim goes through post office, said I could keep item, then asks me to return it. Broken due to poor packaging, not shipping mishandling. $23 item!

  Buyer was instructed that she must return the item to the post office to verify the damage . These were the instruction given to us by our post office. Item was pack very well. Buyer not cooperative in assisting with the return which limits what we can do.
