We specialize in reselling “Open Box” items and returns. Due to this we currently do not offer returns or refunds. We cannot stress enough to be sure to read the entire description, view all the photos, and ask any questions prior to buying or bidding.
Our products are bought from Liquidation Stores, Auctions, and/or Discount Stores. This means that items may or may not be used. We do inspected and test items; when possible, to ensure they are working, free from damage and functioning properly. If there is any damage or missing parts we will notate that in the item description.
We offer a flat $5.00 Shipping cost on most items to help cover the packing and shipping costs with Ground Advantage Shipping. If you need the item expedited, please send an email to arrange different shipping. When we don’t offer the flat shipping fee, we try to lower the cost of the item.

It was packaged well and worked great! I thought I would need to buy a new printer but can now continue with my "old faithful." For some reason, the printer is now giving me errors when I try to copy but the printing is fine. I'm still figuring that out but I don't think it has anything to do with the printhead. I would seek out this seller again.
