  Why wasn't the package pushed letterbox or left in waste bin. Or left with a neighbour. Really disappointed with my parcel being returned, this has never happened before.

  Unfortunately the parcel was too deep to be put throught the letter box. The item was delivered by Royal Mail but the parcel was refused by the person who opened the door and it was returned to ourselves today. We can not control courier services and are disappointed to see a negative review when there has been correspondance with the buyer. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and this is reflected in our feedback and seller level.
