  Had an issue first with an incorrect tracking number provided by eBay and then when I receive the correct tracking number I see that the package was forwarded to another address for some reason. Through all this the seller was very responsive, and helpful even going to the post office to check if they had any additional information. After a couple of days to make sure the package did not just show up late, as sometimes happen, seller refunded my full purchase price including shipping. Thank you!

  Item was delivered quickly and still sealed, but unfortunately there were puncture holes in both the plastic case and paper insert so replacing the case was not sufficient. I took a closer look at the original photos of the item and noticed that the punctures were already there. This should have been mentioned in the detailed description. But nonetheless the item was delivered promptly and well packaged. I choose to dispose of the damaged goods though and not ask for a refund or return it.

  It was a fairly reasonable price and came at a reasonable time (I understand the weather conditions up there), and yes, it came just as described in the image in relatively good condition. The packaging was fine as well. I didn't know you could use plastic bags as substitute for bubble wrap. Overall, thank you. I'm so glad I have Sparky now after these years, plus a few others I liked.
