Seller refunded full amount but should have honored the price and or monitor what they are selling. Many of these sellers do not have the articles in their possession and are just re-sellers. Ebay needs to hold these people accountable if they are using their platform to sell items. Avoid this seller

    Golf Clubs well packaged and dispatched quickly; DHL "delivered" but did NOT ring the intercom. Daughter was home and waiting but heard nothing. Item put on delayed delivery but DHL failed to put the item on the truck on the day arranged. Callback information was poor and I ended up having to drive to their facility to collect rather than waste another day at home waiting. Not the seller's fault but certainly inefficient carrier whose customer relations left a lot to be desired.

    Great Seller, as advertised. Shipping and clearing process into Philippines need improvement. I had to stand in line for 3 hours to claim and pay duty. Well worth the time, but need to investigate DDP ( Door to Door ) with customs included. You will make more sales in my opinion. Overall great and trustworthy seller!
