  I bought 2 flasks for £26.78, they were faulty so asked for a refund, got offered £5, then £12, then £17, and told there would be postage to pay on the returned items. Waited till ebay could step in and got the full refund. This seller will try to make out that the buyer has to pay return postage for a faulty item. Not true, UK consumer act 2015 states that faulty items are entitled to a full refund and seller pays all return postage etc for faulty items. I do not recommend this seller.

  Because of the miss advertising on my item I’m having to pay for a complete retest on my car the item was listed at 2-3 days delivery now I’m being told by the seller after I’ve paid for it that it’s 3-7 delivery not amused with this seller
