We received the product intact and in sealed HP boxes as advertised. When we tried to use the cartridges, our printer displayed a “chip error” message and would not accept them. The seller was very reasonable and quickly refunded our money and didn’t even require the return of the cartridges. He stated he would not sell anymore of these types of cartridges until this issue is resolved with his supplier. We believe he acted honorably and would buy again, when this is resolved with the supplier.

I received the set of all 4 Toner Cartridges for my hp printer, well packed and really fast. The 3 color cartridges are working fine. However, the printer would not recognize the black toner. The seller sent me instructions on how to clean the chip, but I could not get it to print. The seller refunded a portion of the cost, so I will have to say it was a good deal after all.
