    One of the best sellers I've experienced on a low value item. Royal Mail made a complete screw up of the delivery, which led to the package splitting and 5 sockets being lost (its a lot of weight for a jiffy bag). Asked the seller what they could do and she is sending out the missing sockets. Quick replies to messages, impressed overall.

    Exactly as shown and described (the manufacturer is Neilsen, product code CT0683) with 48hr delivery. The only negative is that the the packaging is only that as it's supplied by the manufacturer and given the weight of the items it contains, it's no surprise that they had almost fallen out having almost burst through one end of the cardboard packaging.

    Smooth straightforward process incl good communication. The only slight disappointment was the lack of protective packaging around the box the soldering iron came in. On arrival, a corner of box was damaged and the tip had pierced the box whereby the rubber tubing on the tip had torn into two pieces. Hopefully, the tip will be ok. As yet not tried the item purchased.
