    After contacting the seller, they told me that I had to return the product to receive a refund. The item cost $132 and it cost $394 to return it to China. These guys are scamming jerks and eBay is not able to step in because of the way they’ve manipulated the policies, I would recommend do not buy from these scammers!

    Buyer got the refund and didn't return the package. The light is exactly as what shows on eBay. Horrible buyer!
