Had to sit outside the post office in my car waiting for the FedEx truck to deliver the package. The computer was well packaged with detailed unboxing instructions all of the inside of the box. It came wirh a new charger and the computer looks better than I expected. The condition of the computer was very good. I was looking at another vender computer in the same range and this one was a much better value. Works as described.
