  The key FOB is incompatible with my car and doesn't match physically the picture posted by seller. Picture posted on Ebay shows teh remote start button clearly yet the FOB delivered does not have. Kia dealer says incompatible. I have exchan several emails with seller an additional question - the answer to the latest question was answered twic before and indicated in the picture of the FOB they asked be to send them.   The item said it fit my car when I enter my car details into the eBay system. The seller said it would be here by a certain date and it wasn’t. I ended up having to use a locksmith to cut me a key which cost me nearly $700. The keys arrived two days after the date they said they would arrive at the latest and they were the wrong item for the job anyway despite me putting my Vehicle into the system and the advertiser saying that these keys were compatible with my vehicle. communication was bad
