    This was a fantastic purchase experience, I am astounded in every way! The quality of the bike itself is outstanding (free included tools notwithstanding). It was packaged very well, almost over-packaged in ways. But I think they come like this from the factory, so it's not a reflection on the vendor. Kept the bike in pristine condition at least. I'm really glad I took the chance and got this model! Thanks, I'm stoked! Highly recommended seller, A+++!!!

    Unfortunately, I submitted the wrong address (a DHL packet station), but Tormino delivered with DPD, what cannot work. The communication of the problem with delivery was late and thus no chance to correct the delvier address with the logistic service, because the storage time already was reached. Thus, the logistic service did send back the delivery. Now, the order was cancelled by the Tormino and I get my money refunded. So, not successful deal!
