Goods arrived but are 15 months out of date past the expiry date. Contacted seller who initially responded agreeing they were out of date but would be fit for purpose. Cleaning products do reduce in effectiveness over time hence the expiry date - so I replied stating I was not happy. The goods are advertised as “brand new”. The seller asked what a satisfactory solution would be. I suggested a refund and I would return the goods if a label was provided. No further communication received.
