    It s odd to say I ve experienced great customer service when I didn t receive my item, but I have! When the seller realised I hadn t received my item in time for my little boy s birthday, they apologised, quickly looked into it and discovered it was lost with Royal Mail. They then offered me another character, which was really sweet, but I declined as I already had the others. When my package still didn t arrive, I asked for a refund which was paid within an hour without question. Brilliant.
