Above and beyond. The sofa is as described. Beautiful and a high quality sofa. Two man delivery to room of choice. Well packaged and protected. Requested help through their eBay company with the electric foot rest and the company called me up promptly to help rectify the situation. sofa as described (ie perfect!) & arrvd well packed & expertly placed by the delivery guys. I wd hve liked bit more info abt how the delivery was going to work but David was always on hand to advise whenever i called. You are asked the day before by the delivery co if their suggested slot is ok. i was told if it isn't then you can refuse until you find a mutually acceptable day/time. fortunately the 1st suggestion was ok with me. on the day, they sent text & the driver called 20 mins b4 arrival.
