  Item(heat pad) was damaged in post, not sellet fault, hence item was not working properly. Sent pictures of the items to the seller on same day and seller was very prompt. was refunded straight away and saved hassle to go to the post office as well for return. Highly recommend the seller . The pad though seems great value compared to other sites where similar items are overpriced.

  Good communication with the seller and I excepted an offer of a discount because the items were not as shown in the photos on the listing. The pictures showed the hose with attachments on either end but in reality it was the hose only that was sent, this meant that I was unable to use them until I managed to source the end connections.
