Bowl arrived cracked half in two. No packing between bowl & bottom of box. Post service no longer honors "fragile" so stiff gets thrown around and you must pack expecting this. Just had one bubble wrap around bowl & one around pitcher, again placing together with no packing in between. Packing on top was sufficient. Accident waiting to happen. Could send back if you want but that us postal fees again. Tell me what you want to do, and we will make it right. Sent to seller. Need refund
