    The shipping was great, it was fast. They packaged it neatly. The item itself however isn’t how described I received the plush toy I got dirty and there was no mention in the description warning the customer about the stains here I am thinking I got a clean plush it pretty good condition for a great price but woah was I wrong! I noticed it right away so it’s very noticeable. I want my money back
