  Item as described. However Yodel delivery was very poor. Driver was very fast and did not look at house numbers or names. Delivered to the front step of an absent neighbour. Luckily communication gave a time slot and I happened to be looking out to see the delivery so was able to retrieve my parcel. Parcel was correctly labelled. My property house name and number are clearly viewed. Absolutely no excuse for the Yodel delivery driver performance. May I suggest using Royal Mail or another courier.
