  I received the item on time, but unfortunately it was found to be damaged. I contacted the seller straight away, along with the required photos. I had explained that I wasn't going to return it as the postage cost would have been around the same or more for the item. I received a very apologetic message and offering a full refund. Based on the above level of service and the very reasonably prices, I would use the seller again should the need arise,

  This seller has been the most supportive and understanding seller I’ve dealt with my item arrived with bits missing I could see it had been banged about by the state of the packaging it was ripped and torn I contacted the seller and told them the situation and they offered me a 20percent refund I replied that I needed the bits that were missing.they then told me they were going to send me a whole new set which arrived today I’m over the moon with the customer service 11out of 10 THANK YOU 🙏

  I bought the nail gun one day last week it arrived Friday or Saturday and I opened it and it was already assembled it was new and appeared to be good value for the money but unfortunately it had a fault IE it would not work although it looked good but as it had a fault I messaged the seller and I received a reply and was offered a full refund and was told not to bother returning the item so I disposed of the item which saved on the postage so it was a good result all round would recommend seller
