The Seller was very considerate and offered to follow up the tracking in addition to offering a small reimbursement fee due to the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this seller

The packaging was poor, with no padding but just the cardboard box, so I was not surprised it was broken. I contacted the seller, they offered me $3 refund (price $30), I wanted to return it at my cost but they would not allow this. They then offered $6 and finally a $10 refund. They failed to provide an address for return. The conversation is attached in photos.
