    The lamp was exactly as described- like new. It came very well packaged and when I was expecting it. After breaking one of a matching pair a few days earlier I couldn't have asked for a better solution! It was expensive- about the same as we'd originally paid for two from John Lewis but as the lamps are now discontinued I was prepared to pay.
